Our company has developed a high-efficiency and energy-saving ladle Pre-Heater specifically designed for steel, metallurgy, and foundry factories that use steel ladles. It can utilize natural gas, gas, liquefied gas, or diesel as fuel, employing advanced and efficient burners to produce a long and rigid flame directed at the bottom of the ladle. This flame creates a return flow that thoroughly and evenly bakes the entire lining material of the furnace, ensuring proper heating, dewatering, and complete sintering without cracking. This extends the service life of the steel ladle lining, slows down the temperature drop of molten iron, guarantees pouring temperature, and reduces the adhesion of molten iron to the ladle walls. The patented burner designed for the ladle Pre-Heater ensures complete combustion, with a long and robust flame! It is energy-efficient and environmentally friendly, achieving energy savings of over 30% to 50% compared to market products, while also shortening the baking cycle by more than one-third!

Specifications and Models: Shaped according to ladle specifications, we offer five standard sizes: 0.5-3t, 3-5t, 5-10t, 8-15t, and 10-20t. Additionally, we can design versatile baking ovens based on the commonly used ladle specifications of the user.
Baking time: New dough loaves 2-72 hours, cold dough 0.5-2 hours, turnover dough 0.2-0.5 hours, adjustable.
Operating modes: Fully automatic curve baking, semi-automatic timed baking, manual timed baking adjustment.
Structural forms: Vertical lifting, rotating lifting, flip-top.
Packaging entry and exit methods: Overhead crane (can be equipped with rail trolleys), forklift handling, rail flat car movement.
