The Intelligent Fan Back-Blowing Dust Cleaning Flat Bag Filtration System is suitable for various complex environmental conditions in industries such as non-ferrous metals, ferrous metals, foundry, carbon, and asphalt. Its features include:
1. Co-Current Structure:
Flue gas enters from the top, filters, and exits from the back while dust particles settle downward, resulting in very high cleaning efficiency. Its stability and cleaning efficiency exceed traditional pulse cleaning systems by more than three times.
2. Fan Back-Blowing Cleaning:
The low-pressure automatic cleaning achieved through fan back-blowing, pulsing cleaning valves, and maintenance-free drive systems is a core factor in the ultra-low emissions enabled by the powder cake filtration technology. This assists in protecting filter bags, prevents adhesion and clogging, and extends the lifespan of filter bags.
3. Easy Maintenance:
Over 90% of the dust collector components are universal parts; aside from filter bags and compression springs, which are consumables, other components have a service life of over three years, leading to long maintenance intervals and reduced downtime. We utilize imported filter materials from Germany suitable for various operational conditions, with a service life exceeding 16 months.
4. Ultra-Low Emissions:
By employing high-quality filter materials along with powder cake filtration technology and AI control technology, the dust concentration in the cleaned air does not exceed 10mg/m³, complying with Germany's air quality control regulations (TA-Luft) and national and industry emission limit standards.
5. Energy Saving, Noise Reduction, and Space Efficiency:
The PLC serves as the control core of the dust collector and system, utilizing AI and PID technology to achieve constant pressure control based on site conditions, resulting in a more than 30% energy saving compared to traditional dust collectors. The HFS flat bag dust collector operates significantly below national noise standards (≤65db), and its compact structure saves 30-50% more space compared to traditional bag dust collectors.
